Classes meet five days per week except when holidays, in-service, or weather emergencies occur. Children will meet the Ohio State requirements for days of scheduled instruction. The school year schedule includes a winter break and a spring break.

Tuition Discounts
For families enrolling two children, the tuition for the older child will be discounted 10%. For families enrolling more than two children, the tuition for all enrolled children will be discounted 10%. The program fee is not discounted.

Tuition Payment Plans
Three tuition payment plans are available. They are as follows:

    • Pay by Year: Pay the enrollment deposit upon signing the tuition contract and pay the balance of tuition less a $100 discount by June 15, 2014. Payment by EFT is optional under this plan.
    •  Pay by Semester: Pay the enrollment deposit upon signing the tuition contract, pay one-half of tuition by June 15, 2014, and pay the balance of tuition, (one-half of tuition less the enrollment deposit paid) by January 15, 2015. Payment by EFT is optional under this plan.
    • Pay by Month: Pay the enrollment deposit upon signing the tuition contract and pay your remaining obligation in twelve equal monthly payments from June 2014 through May 2015. The remaining obligation is the balance of tuition (tuition less the enrollment deposit paid) plus a service fee. The service fee is $252.00 for a full Half Day tuition, and $372.00 for a full All Day tuition. Payment by EFT is required under this plan.

Financial Obligations
Children’s Meeting House has expenses of a continuing nature. So that our programs and services can be provided over the entire year, it is essential that annual income from tuition be assured. Accordingly an enrolled family’s obligation to pay Children’s Meeting House the full amount of the tuition contract becomes binding upon the date when the tuition contract is signed by the Head of School. This obligation is not affected by the family’s withdrawal of any student from Children’s Meeting House for the coming school year at any point after this date. In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made on an individual basis upon evaluation of individual petitions made in writing to the Board of Trustees.
